(for 16+ years) and current President of the Nebraska Craft Brewers Association, Jim is truly a seasoned beer veteran in Nebraska. Jim and Grady talk about how the NCBG helped push for less restriction in taprooms during the COVID-19 pandemic, how Jim got started at Empyrean, and how Lazlo’s Grill has some killer food.
